If you have already completed a Reiki course, take this opportunity to practice your daily self-treatments and recite the Reiki Principles more frequently.

 

If you haven't learned Reiki, try a free taster session for 15 minutes over Zoom.  

 

What's the worst that can happen?

 

When we are angry, or worried, it brings us down.  However difficult a situation may seem, we always have a choice how to react.

 

Learning Reiki teaches us to become aware of our thoughts, to pause, then to act in a way which will bring in light.

 

Focus now on bringing in light to your own life and then to those around you.
